Returns

We accept returns for eligible products within 07 days of the delivery date, provided the items meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
• The item must not be on our non-returnable items list (see below).

Non-Returnable Items:

• Perishable goods.
• Custom or special-order items.
• Products marked as "final sale."

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a product that is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at info@econowholesale.com with the following:

• Photos of the damaged or defective item.

After verifying your request, we will provide a replacement item or an equivalent alternative, depending on stock availability.

Refunds

Refunds are available for eligible returns and in cases where replacements are not possible. Refunds will be processed as follows:
